One of the most effective but simple patterns, a fabulous technique, that surprisingly few know how to tie!

Perhaps not the traditional version but try a dubbed version which can be tied in quite small sizes…great fun!
Hi Russell, thats right not the traditional Montana but a good one. I’ll give the dubbed one a go! Thanks.
I’m not sure just why I can’t subscribe to the Utube. I would like to know how long you make your rag worm? I’ve had to order almost every thing you used to tye this guy. I’m in WA in the USA, and fish mostly the Puget Sound for Sea Run Cutthroat trout, and Coho salmon and you rag worm pattern looks like it should be a real hit. Think You for the great sight.

Hi Al, I normally tie them about 3 inches long but they can be shorter or even longer if you wish! If you play one of my videos you should see a You Tube logo at the bottom of the screen, klick on that and you’ll come into my channel where you can subscribe or search on You Tube for the feather bender and you can subscribe there.
